Once you contact Blush Beads, we will communicate through e-mail and/or telephone to come up with a design that is perfect for your needs.
The following steps outline the general process for your custom designed jewellery:
Initial Contact
The initial contact begins with you filling out the form on the
order page or simply getting in touch with Blush Beads through the
contact page. During this stage, we'll discuss topics such as:
- Date and location of the wedding.
- Who the jewellery is for.
- The colours and style of the attire that the jewellery will be worn with.
- Budget and timeline.
- Ideas you may already have for the designs.
Deposit
Once we've discussed all of the details and you've decided to go ahead with it, a deposit will need to be made in order to confirm your interest and begin the design work. The details of the amount and method of payment will vary and therefore be determined during the initial contact stage.
Design and Review Cycle
This stage will involve iterations of e-mailing ideas, sample designs, photos of the work in progress, requested changes, pricing, etc. It's during this stage that you'll see the pieces coming together and you'll be able to provide feedback and request any changes to be made. Together we'll ensure that everything is exactly how you would like it and is within your budget.
Payment
Once you are completely satisfied with how the jewellery looks, a final total will be determined and the final payment will be due. Again, amounts and payment methods will vary and will be discussed throughout the process.
Packaging and Shipping
After completing the jewellery, your piece(s) will be packaged according to how we've discussed and shipped out or picked up.
