The following is a list of frequently asked questions. If you don't find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact me.

 
Will my item look exactly how it does in the picture?
Each item is handmade and unique. Therefore, you may find some slight variation from one item to another. Also, due to the brightness settings on some product images as well as your computer monitor's display settings, the colors that you see on the screen may slightly vary from the actual colors of the item.

Note: that if there is indeed a difference, it would be very minor.
 
Where is Blush Beads located?
Blush Beads is based out of Canada. Since Blush Beads is currently a virtual store only, it is accessible to anyone around the world.

Blush Beads will occasionaly hold sales at various venues. All event dates and locations will be posted on the web site prior to the event.
 
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. All applicable taxes are included in the listed price of each item.
 
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are always welcomed. Please use the contact page to email me with any questions, comments, or ideas for your custom order.
 
How long will a custom order take?
The amount of time it takes to complete a custom order will vary on the design and materials required. A time estimate will be provided when the order is discussed. However, two to three weeks notice is recommended for all custom orders.
 
Can I exchange my item?
I want every customer to absolutely love their jewellery. With that said, if you have decided that the piece you've purchased is not the right piece for you, it can be exchanged for another item.

Here are some things to note when exchanging an item:
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving it.
  • Shipping and handling charges of the original item are non-refundable and any other shipping charges for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please contact Blush Beads before returning your item. Please provide the item # and reason for exchange.
  • Worn items will not be accepted for an exchange.
  • Items must be safely packaged for return shipping to avoid damage. Blush Beads is not responsible nor will exchange items damaged during the return shipping.
 
What are the lengths of your necklaces and bracelets?
As each piece is handmade and unique, the lengths of each item may vary. Unless stated within the product description, necklaces fall within a 16-17" length and bracelets fall within a 7.5-8" length.
 
What is the BlushBeads.com mailing list?
BlushBeads may occassionaly send out an email promoting new site features, products, news, discount coupons, etc. By joining the mailing list, you're indicating that you would like to receive these emails. Please note that your e-mail address will not be shared with any other parties.
 
What and/or where is my order ID?
Your order ID identifies the purchase that was made on the blushbeads.com web site. This number is located on the confirmation e-mail that is sent after you make your payment. The order ID is also located on your paypal transaction labelled as item #. If you cannot find the order ID or have deleted the confirmation e-mail that was sent, please use the contact page to let us know and another one can be sent.
 
How much is shipping?
Please refer to the shipping page for all shipping related information.
 
How do I use my discount code?
During the checkout process, there will be a field for you to type in your discount code. Upon submitting to the next step, your code will be validated. If your code is valid, you'll see the discounts applied on the order summary.
